If so, we welcome you to Heart to Heart as a one of our fantastic volunteers. Heart to Heart's volunteers are an extension of the wonderful care team. We are looking for several individuals in the Ypsilanti area to visit with our hospice patients.
Volunteers provide companionship, emotional support and so much more. Activities that volunteers can engage in are sharing stories, talking about who the patient was, who you are, reading with the patient, playing cards, watching television, or even just sitting quietly as the patient rests.

Description
Our Southgate office is looking for volunteers both in the clerical/administrative and patient visit capacities. We have a growing office with a very friendly staff and are seeking those who wish to give of themselves but are prepared to recieve far more than they give. Patient visits are completed in homes, nursing facilities, and adult foster care. We are very flexible and will work around your availability.
