Brookdale Hospice is an amazing place to volunteer. Our residents only want one thing; some company. They want someone to talk to them; take them outside when weather permits, play a game and simply: hold their hand.
It only takes one hour a week There is no schedule. You volunteer when it is convenient for you. Dress is casual, but professional.
We do require fingerprints and urine drug screen but we pay for everything and I will make it as easy as possible for you.
Our residents are sweet. They age from 70-107. They love our volunteers.
Please consider this amazing opportunity to give back, hear some stories of the past and bring some love and compassion to those who need it.
We also have locations in Kettering, Oakwood and Fairborn.
