Reports to : Director of Development/Education & Development Manager

General Description: responsible for taking the project lead on a new Video Project for LifeWay Network and being the point person with video production company.

Project timeline - to be completed by Dec 1st 2018.

Responsibilities :

• Lead project management for Video Project (3-minute video sharing LifeWay Network’s impact in the movement against human trafficking)
• Acts as point person with the video production company
• Assists with content development/storyboard in consultation with Development Team and production company
• Coordinates all aspects of the filming
• Manages the production timeline
• Coordinates calendar schedules to set up interviews, shoot times with LifeWay Network, production company, and all parties involved
• Ensures follow up with final edits until project is complete

• A commitment to the mission of LifeWay Network and the eradication of human trafficking
• An ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent skills in computer/use of technology/G-suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in writing
• Experience with administrative work
• Experience in media and filming
