Great Lakes Caring Home Health Care & Hospice

Great Lakes Caring Hospice clinicians are especially trained experts in managing pain and symptom control. Our medical director, nurses, medical social workers, aides, spiritual care coordinators and volunteers create an individualized plan of care for each patient based on quality of life for the patient.

It is our goal to maintain the respect and dignity of each of our patients. We understand the changes that are happening and are there to assist the patient and families through those changes.

Each patient is unique and therefore, needs to be valued and treated uniquely. We know that without the volunteers, our patients would lack in valued care. We match our volunteers and patients up with similarities, honoring each as individuals.

Great Lakes Caring’s volunteer program is flexible, allowing you to pick the days, and times you wish to share with your patient. We provide training to assure you are well equipped for the tasks and are in constant contact throughout the process to assist you.
