Thematic art receptions are the perfect opportunity to meet local artists and learn the history behind works and current trends. Acting as a docent greeter at our quarterly art receptions will give an interested volunteer an opportunity to learn and to shine as the friendly first face on show nights! If you are an aspiring or accomplished artist, art historian, actor, hospitality student or customer service professional this might be the right fit for you!

Description
Our learning center has a lending library, computer lab, art lab, teaching kitchen, and multi-purpose meeting rooms. Our main programs are a Hi-SET (GED) program, arts classes, and a Youth Council. We both organize and host many kinds of events and classes. Most activities require participants to be age 13 and above and some are targeted at seniors.
