Volunteer with us and help clean up litter near Troost Lake Park in the Blue River Watershed! This is a large collaborative project with several neighborhoods and multiple city departments working together! Do you know where litter goes? Litter on the ground flows into storm drains, which then empty into local creeks and rivers. In other words, if it’s on the ground, it’s in our water! Be part of the solution by volunteering to clean up litter with us! We will provide gloves, litter grabbers, and trash bags.
All volunteers must register in advance by completing online registration. Copy and paste this url into your browser to complete the quick form https://www.tfaforms.com/4700841. Immediately after registering, each individual will receive an auto-email confirmation with more details.
If this date doesn’t work for you, and you have a group, we may be able to set up a special date just for your team! Questions: Contact John at 816-944-2383 or email john.fish@bridgingthegap.org.
We apologize that we are not able to offer or sign off on court-mandated community service.
