We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Public Relations expert to join our marketing team as a remote volunteer. As a Public Relations volunteer at VWO, you will play a crucial role in spreading our message and increasing awareness of our organization’s impactful work. Your primary focus will be securing media interviews and mentions in various media outlets to showcase the meaningful connections and transformative experiences our volunteers have across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in Public Relations to identify and approach suitable media outlets and journalists aligned with VWO’s mission.
• Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media interviews and features.
• Create compelling press releases and media pitches to capture the attention of target media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Monitor media coverage and track the impact of PR efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Public Relations with a successful track record of securing media interviews and features.
• A well-established network of journalists and media outlets across different platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English, as it is our primary language of communication.
• Passion for our mission and a genuine interest in making a positive impact on a global scale.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
