The Crime Victims Assistance Network (I-CAN) is a crime victim assistance organization based in Sacramento, California. I-CAN provides services, free of charge, to victims of violent crime in Sacramento, throughout the state of California and across the country that include information, advocacy, accompaniment to parole hearings (statewide) and resources and referral information.

I-CAN Volunteer Victim Advocates work to enhance the victim-centered approach embraced by I-CAN. Advocates provide crisis intervention, peer counseling, emotional support, information and referrals to victims of crime and their loved ones. Volunteers can support a victim through the parole hearing process as well as observe parole hearings to gather more information about the process to better aid the victims we serve.
