Silverado Hospice of Greater Chicago is seeking a dedicated office volunteer to provide reception and administrative support with the day-to-day office tasks and special projects. Put your skills to work in a friendly, positive environment surrounded by people who are compassionate about what they do. If you have anywhere from 3 to 5 hours per day (number of days flexible, no weekends), and are looking for a rewarding experience, please contact 847-565-2355.
Must complete mandatory health screenings set by Silverado Hospice at no cost to you.
Responsibilities include:
- Front desk reception
- Professional phone manners answering and making outgoing calls
- Copying and scanning documents
- Assembling hospice information packets
- Computer Entry
- Maintain patient charts
- Assist business manager with personnel files
- Open communication with Volunteer Coordinator
- Other responsibilities as instructed
