The Yanaguana Indian Arts Market at the Briscoe Western Art Museum is the only one of its kind in Texas and takes place in November each year. Over 30 of the most respected Native American artists will showcase and sell their handmade works of art including jewelry, carvings, beadwork, pottery, and more. Storytelling, dancing, musical performances, demonstrations-as well as Native American-inspired food-offer visitors a glimpse into tribal traditions and contemporary Native culture.
We are looking for volunteers willing to assist artists and guests, and help with arts & crafts activities. If you have ever been interested in volunteering at the Briscoe Western Art Museum, now is the time!
