Since 1992, Make a Difference Day has inspired hundreds of thousands of volunteers to give back to their local communities. On this national day of service, please join The Land Conservancy of New Jersey to celebrate the power of people to help make a difference in our own community.
Our community garden in Mount Olive is in need of winterization and we need volunteers of all ages to assist us on Saturday, November 10th from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Just donate a two-hour block of your time to help us overturn plots, spread wood chips and other basic tasks to prepare our garden for next season. We’ll have light refreshments on hand as well as work gloves and gardening tools.

Founded in 1981, The Land Conservancy of New Jersey is a member supported non-profit land trust dedicated to preserving open space land and water resources throughout New Jersey. The Conservancy has worked with more then 77 munucipalities in 13 counties, benefiting millions of people who live, work or visit our state.
