Project Description: A growing body of research shows that emotions influence academic performance, that emotions can be regulated, and that when emotions are effectively regulated, performance improves. This project focuses on reducing test anxiety through cognitive reappraisal tactics.

Duties: RAs will assist with developing experiment materials, subject recruitment, data collection, and other research duties (as interested). Minimal commitment is 10 hours/week.

Qualifications of Applicant: Ideal candidates are reliable, highly motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently. Previous research experience, programming skills, and statistical knowledge are preferable but not a prerequisite. Great opportunity for someone who is interested in going to graduate school.
