Sage Creek Post-Acute's Activity Department is looking for volunteers to assist leading activity groups and room visits. This opportunity is open for 18 and up and those willing to submit a background check and drug test and complete volunteer orientation. Volunteer hours are open between 9am-6pm Sunday-Saturday, please let us know what days you are available. Volunteer duties are to provide exceptional customer service, encourage and lead residents in activities of interest: social groups, movies, card games, arts & crafts, playing music, one on one room visits and assisting during dining hours. We are looking for nice, fun and enthusiastic volunteers to join our team!

Sage Creek is an all-new, short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 60 private rooms. Patients will enjoy private bathrooms with private showers, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, expansive common areas, a spacious courtyard, and the peace-of-mind that comes with round-the-clock Registered Nurses.
