The Tree Lighting at Glasgow Park has become very popular and volunteers are essential to keep the crowd flowing, assist with refreshments. Volunteers are also needed to help move people through the Santa visiting line, helping with crafts and other tasks.
Costumed characters Frosty and Rudolph are needed to delight the kids. (Costumes provided. Let us know if you would like to dress up!)
Minimum age for costume character volunteering is 16.
Costume characters arrive 4pm.
Shifts - 4:30-7pm to help with set-up etc. 5 to 9:30 to assist with all of the above. Please make a note on the online application of your preferred time or if you are available from 4:30 to 9:30 pm.
Minimum age is 14 for all other responsibilities.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Dress for the weather! Layers, warm footwear, gloves and hats.
