Grab some rakes and some friends or co-workers and join Help At Your Door as we tidy our seniors yards this fall! This is a great opportunity to enjoy exercise, team work, and fresh air!

Help At Your Door, a nonprofit that helps seniors and individuals with disabilities to remain independent, is looking for groups throughout the Twin Cities Metro area to participate in fall yard clean up projects.

A typical project is about two hours in length for a group of 4-8 people, on a day and time that you select. Most clean ups will be scheduled at the end of October or very early November. Larger groups may be split up to assist with additional client homes. Volunteers under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult volunteer.

Group members must provide work gloves and rakes; Help At Your Door provides any other needed supplies.

We accept groups for weekday or weekend projects; you can pick the day and time that works best for your group.

Volunteers provide grocery ordering and shopping services, handyman help, transportation, and chore services.
