Silverado Hospice is in search of US Veterans to offer companionship to other US Veterans who are entering the final stages of life on hospice or palliative care. Veterans can offer a friendship to another Vet Brother or Sister. These visit would take place where ever the veteran lives, private home, assited living community or skilled nursing home.

We further recognize patients and families decision-making rights in relation to continuing medical treatments and their right to withdraw treatment whose benefits are outweighed by their burdens.
