Family Support Circle, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides services to low-income and underserved individuals and families within our community. Our youth development program is expanding, and we are looking for volunteers to work within our program.

Our program serves youth in elementary and middle school, from 2:30 - 6:30pm. Our program provides coding, STEAM, homework assistance, mentoring, and enrichment activities geared towards helping youth develop socially, emtoionally, and mentally.

We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, dedicated to youth development, and able to be a mentor to our youth. Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years experience working in some form of youth development, and can assist the teacher in running the after school program and ensuring the progression and development of the childrenw ithin the program.

FSC-Building Better Youth for Excellence designs special curriculums that build on leadership skills, youth development activities, drug, alcohol and violence prevention, technology education, art, music and recreation programs, counseling and character education that enhance the academic component and foster an understanding of the value of service to others. Young men and women are not only expected to experience learning within the program, but also to learn from the rich diversity in their community and the surrounding communities
