the 34th Annual Homeless Memorial will take place on Thursday, December 20th. You can learn more about the event here: https://www.simpsonhousing.org/events/memorial-march/
We are seeking volunteers the following day to restore the shelter dining room and sanctuary to their normal functions after the event. This is a great opportunity for individuals and groups.
Sample Tasks:
- Prepare rented folding chairs and tables for pick up
- Put away the Memorial signs, puppet, banners, and other items into the storage room.
- Rearrange the shelter dining room
- Throw away candles and other garbage in the sanctuary.
- Vacuum and mop the sanctuary.

We are committed to Housing First: house people quickly, then provide services as needed.
We operate over 20 programs for three distinct groups of participants:

- housing programs for single adults without children
- housing programs for families with children
