Our mission is to provide all participants--students, host families, schools, and host communities--with a meaningful experience that promotes global awareness and cultural understanding. Our students and host families find that they make friendships that will last a lifetime.
FTW's organizational structure is comprised of a network of Regional Managers, Community Representatives, and a National Office Staff who are trained in the philosophy and guidelines of the program. A Community Representative is responsible for interviewing and selecting suitable Host Families, working with local high schools, and supervising the international students placed in their area.
