Get ready for the holiday season. Get some fresh air and exercise and have fun with friends decorating the Glasgow Park Farmstead.
Help decorate the Bank Barn and Farm House at Glasgow Park prior to the Tree Lighting ceremony on Dec 7. Volunteer opportunities available:
- Nov 14, Nov 15 and Nov 16 (see shifts below)
- Morning of Dec 7 - we are decorating the pavilion for Santa and tree!
Bring a group of 5 to 7 friends for one of the 3.5 hour shifts below or stay for the entire day. Just let us know which day and time you would like to volunteer for.
Perfect for sororities, corporate groups, faith-based groups or a group of friends.
Shifts:
- 9:30am to 1pm
- 12:30 - 4pm
Minimum age to volunteer is 16.
May require lifting objects, climbing ladders and bending may be required. Able to stand for long periods at a time in potentially chilly conditions.
Dress for the weather! We recommend dressing in layers, hat, gloves, winter coat, warm footwear.
