Western Youth Services is the leading expert in integrated mental health and wellness solutions for Orange County youth and families.

Please note that this volunteer position is strictly clerical (i.e. data entry, filing, scanning, copying).We are seeking a candidate that is highly organized, adaptable, and is able to prioritize tasks while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

We strongly prefer that volunteers be comfortable and prefer working independently, are quick self-learners, can focus on the clerical tasks at hand, and be able to accept guidance and directions from staff members.

WYS' Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) program works with students who have Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The ERMHS program is seeking volunteers who can assist with strictly administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning and uploading client documents and information into electronic medical records, etc.

Skills, Training or Qualifications:

Basic computer and customer service skills. Knowledge of Microsoft suite programs (i.e. Word and Excel).

In addition, data entry, good communication skills; ability to follow directions, work with others and able to lift over 10 lbs. are all desirable.

We are seeking volunteers who are available for 4-16 hrs/wk any day M-F between 7:30a-4p.

All volunteers must complete a live scan (fingerprinting) and attend Orientation prior to volunteering.
