This is your volunteer experience, let us help you get started visiting our patients and getting to know someone that is new to your world. Involvement with terminally ill patients can take your experience to a whole new level of adventures, challenges and the sense of accomplishment.
Meet with me, tell me what you want your volunteer experience to look like. All you have to do is talk, listen, smile, and be able to communicate in the way that the patient and their family ask. There is no patient care involved, just patient socialization and companionship.

We advocate on behalf of our patients to ensure their comfort and final wishes are being granted. We strive to connect with all of our patients and provide personalized physical, mental and spiritual care.
Description
Providing care and comfort to patients. Opportunities include direct patient visitation and administrative support. We provide feedback to schools for volunteer credit. We provide internships for those in nursing and social work. Travel will be limited, with the exception of internships, which may be only to visit different sites. Our goal is to provide companionship as well as socialization to those who express desire to have a volunteer visit. Our scope of activities may be limitless, we help with light housekeeping, running errands, helping with activities, quiet time to reflect and hear life experiences.
