Family Service Association is one of the largest nonprofits serving 3,500 meals daily to seniors in need. You would:
- Help pack individualized portions (including fruit cups, bread, etc.) that are delivered to home-bound seniors.
- Help load the delivery van (need to lift 10 to 30 lbs.)
- There may also be an option to assist in the home delivery of meals to seniors (you will need to be fingerprinted and participate on a regular basis for three months)
Volunteers are needed Mon - Fri between 6:30 AM and 1 PM. Shifts are 3- to 4- hours, one or more days per week on a regular basis. Student volunteers may help if pre-scheduled. Sign up here or contact Kathy at 951-275-2055 x1255 (kknox @fsaca.org). Lend a hand to help us strengthen your community!

Since 1953, Family Service Association has served communities in Southern California with a variety of human service programs including: Child Development, Child Abuse Prevention, Trauma Informed Counseling, Senior and Community Centers, Senior Housing, and Senior Nutrition. Family Service is a not-for-profit social service organization dedicated to meeting the changing needs of families and communities in Riverside County and San Bernardino County regardless of income, ethnicity, gender or socio-economic status. We envision a day when Inland Empire communities have strong families without poverty, hunger or health disparities.
