Holy Redeemer Life Care is in need of volunteers to assist with transport! As a transport volunteer you would assist in transporting patients and residents to and from events such as lunch, dinner, beauty salon appointments and rehab appointments. Our transport volunteers are essential in ensuring that our patients and residents are able to participate in the activities we offer.
Our most needed times for transport assistance are weekdays from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
Volunteers in our Healthcare and Life Care facilities are required to complete a volunteer application, provide a copy of a recent physical and obtain the 2-step PPD test (tuberculosis skin test), which we provide at no charge.
