Volunteers are an essential part of the Family Nurturing Center's programs and are vital to our ability to offer services to families in Jackson and Josephine counties!
Our Parenting Education program always needs help with childcare during our parenting classes and special family events. Childcare Support Volunteers help our childcare providers create a welcoming, therapeutic, and safe environment for kids, while their parents participate in parenting classes or support groups classes. These classes and groups are usually scheduled for weekday evenings.
A background check is required for all staff and volunteers.
