UnityPoint Health- St. Luke’s Urgent Care’s need your help! They have implemented a new on-line check in system which allows patients to select time slots throughout the day to reserve their spot in line. Patients can choose a time slot online or when they arrive at the clinic. Since this technology is relatively new, patients coming into the Urgent Care are by-passing the I-Pad Kiosk stand (the sign-in station) which can cause confusion for staff and patients, this is where you come in! The Concierge Volunteer would greet patients as they enter the Urgent Care to provide a friendly first impression and assist patients to use the I-Pad kiosk when help is needed. This opportunity is available at the Marion Urgent Care and Westside Urgent care and would run from October - April (approximately) and volunteers would be needed on Monday and Tuesday mornings (8am-12pm, shift hours may be adjusted if requested). No technology experience needed!
