The Reach Opportunity Center is AMHA's new education facility serving the Summit Lake neighborhood of Akron, Ohio. Interested in volunteering? Send us a message and fill out this survey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/REACHcenter) to see how you can get involved!
Our programs and services span from early childhood and youth programs to adult education, workforce development, special interest workshops, support groups, family events and more. We are looking for energetic and dedicated volunteers to serve as Reach Ambassadors at our outreach events, front desk, summer lunch program and other events throughout the year. At Reach, you can support our mission by helping us educate and equip community members through your donation of time and service.

Description
AMHA provides housing to low-income households in Summit County. Ohio - and so much more! Our Resident Support Services programs are designed to improve the quality of life of current residents, maintain their tenure in housing during difficult periods, and move those who are able into self-sufficiency through training, education, jobs and developing life skills. Our programs and activities are very interactive with the commuinity at large.
