The Roundup Food Truck Music Festival is happening on Saturday, October 6, and I'd like to invite you to be a volunteer. This year our presenting sponsor is Desert Financial Credit Union.
The event will run from 4-10 p.m. at the Goodyear Ballpark. We have lined up over 50 food trucks! The Roundup is designed for the whole family, featuring live music from great local bands, beer and wine bars, games, and a kids zone where the little ones can burn off extra energy. Food and drinks will be available and all volunteers get to keep the special volunteer tee shirt.
The volunteer shifts are:
3:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. (Shift 1)
and
6:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. (Shift 2)
Volunteer duties include:
-Checking ID's
-Providing wristbands
-Guiding foot traffic
-Assisting in the Kid Zone
-VIP check point
-Food & drink runners

As an organization, we use individual contributions, fundraising events, business sponsorships, ticket sales donations, as well as hands-on community service to raise money and support West Valley charities. The West Valley Mavericks work closely with dozens of local organizations to achieve our goal of supporting the West Valley.
