We are a busy community oriented food pantry serving over two million pounds of food each year. To do this we need to order and receive many shipments of food! Most weeks we may need your assistance unloading a delivery from our box truck, sorting through donated foods or help packing bags of groceries for our food pantry guests. Standing and sometimes lifting up to 50 lbs. is required for this position, as well as closed toed shoes for safety. Our Daily Bread Food Pantry exists to share the love of God by reducing hunger and building relationships in our community. Our goal is to offer nourishing food choices, encouragement, and hope.
Description
Our Daily Bread Food Pantry is open every Saturday 9am to noon. Monday-Friday by appointment only. Look for our mobile pantries on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons in Marco Island and Naples. We are supported by civic organizations, ministries and individual donations. We operate from the Annex building 1450 Winterberry Drive Marco Island, FL 34145. Any Collier County resident in need of food assistance is welcome. All donations gratefully accepted and may be dropped off at any of our partner locations.
