Volunteers interested in shelving books would be responsible for our Children's Easy Book section (picture books). One must be detailed oriented and patient as there is a large volume of books to shelve and they must be shelved in perfect alphabetical order. We are also in need of someone to "shelf read" the section, ensuring that the books are kept in order.
If volunteering for community service credit, we require completion of 15 hours before sign off.
We cannot accept court ordered volunteers.
Volunteers over 18 must be fingerprinted in compliance with California state law.
