Do you have a passion for sports and working with youth? Join Ability Connection's after school program designed to inspire and engage special needs youth in positive, energetic after school sports and recreation. No experience required. All training and orientation provided upon start.

Organize, lead, coach, referee, and participate in various youth sports (flag football, soccer, basketball and volleyball), youth fitness and recreation programs at the following participating schools on a voluntary basis. Volunteers do not have to serve at all locations.

Sunset High School - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4-6pm

Thomas Jefferson High School - Mondays and Wednesdays, 4-6pm

Kennedy Curry Middle School - Mondays and Wednesdays, 4-6pm

Ann Richards Middle School - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4-6pm

We serve over 700 individuals throughout the state of Texas with Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, Asperger's, traumatic brain injuries, behavioral disorders, para/quadriplegia, as well as many other types of physical and mental disabilities--helping them to live to their fullest potential with independence and inclusion in community.

For over 60 years, we have been dedicated to delivering life changing healthcare, education, vocational training, independent living skills, and community inclusion for children and adults with disabilities.
