ORGANIZATION: Help At Your Door

Help At Your Door is looking for volunteers interested in helping seniors with home improvement through our Handyperson program. We are especially seeking individuals or small groups who are skilled at interior painting. Other t asks may include things such as changing lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries, hanging decor or pictures, small fix-it projects, and more. We will match you with client jobs according to your skills, availability and geographic preferences in the Twin Cities Metro Area.

Our clients are primarily seniors who need help to do some basic home maintenance tasks. With your help, they can remain vivacious and supported in life, while also providing their families with the knowledge and security to ensure that their home is the best place for them to be.

Help At Your Door provides our clients with the services and resources necessary to remain vivacious and supported in life, while also providing families with the knowledge and security to ensure that their home is the best place for them to be. Volunteers provide grocery ordering and shopping services, handyman help, transportation, and chore services.
