Evelyns Wildlife Refuge is holding their annual Fundraiser November 2nd 2019 and in need of volunteers.
We are a non-profit organization and will gladly supply a letter of volunteered hours if needed.
Setup runs from 2pm-7pm The event runs from 7pm-11pm.
There will be 3 volunteer shift times of your choice - 7pm-11pm or 7pm-9pm or 9pm-11pm.
This is an adult only event so all volunteers must be 18 or older.
Here is list of areas we need volunteers and how many we are in need of:
Magicians: need several
Street form Performers like jugglers, etc.: need several
Silent Auction Monitors : Need 6-8 people
Front Sales of Entry Packets/ Will Call: Need 6-8 people
Front Raffle Sales: Need 4-6 people
Table Bussing: need 4-6 people
Setup: need several for 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Food Serving: need 4-6 people
Bartender: need 4-6 people

Our goal is to provide professional care to sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife with the intent to release them back into their natural habitats. Evelyn's Wildlife Refuge is committed to educating the public to better understand local wildlife and to recognize when animals need assistance from humans and do not.
Description
Evelyn's Wildlife Refuge is a non profit organization made up of a group of dedicated hard working wildlife rehabilitators that are State and/or Federally licensed. Our rehabilitators continue to learn through day-to-day experience and annual education courses provided through the Refuge.
