Volunteer for SF Opera's Side-by-side Rehearsals

Opera ARIA (Arts Resources in Action) Music Performance Residency provides for chorus and orchestra classes from SFUSD schools to participate in rehearsals and a Showcase sitting side-by-side with members of the SF Opera Chorus and Orchestra.

We are looking for volunteers to partake in welcoming the students into our spaces, Wilsey Center for Opera and War Memorial Opera House, and making them feel at home. Volunteer roles include: greeting/directing/checking-in students, set-up/clean-up, passing out snacks, and ushering on the day of the Showcase.

Available shifts:
Tuesday, October 9 from 12:30-3:30pm

Tuesday, November 6 from 10:30am-2:30pm & 2:30-6:30pm
Wednesday, November 7 from 10:30am-2:30pm & 2:30-6:30pm
Thursday, November 8 from 12:30-4:00pm & 3:30-6:30pm & 6:30-9:30pm
Friday, November 16 from 12:30-4:00pm & 4-7pm

Wednesday, December 5 from 12:30-4:30pm
Thursday, December 6 from 12:30-4:00pm
Saturday, December 8 from 11:30am-2:30pm & 2:30-5:30pm & 5:30-8:30pm
