The Kindred Hospice Bereavement Office volunteer will create chart label, gather and organize materials to be placed in a chart folder, file in a file drawer according to date of loved one’s death. The purpose of this filing is to give organization ease of access to the bereavement chart for communicating bereavement support interventions provided by the hospice team. The filing process will allow the Bereavement Coordinator to manage all active Bereavement Plans of Care and record all updates to them.
Volunteer anytime M-F, 8-5.
