This tree planting event is from 9am to noon on November 17th. We will provide volunteers with breakfast and lunch as well as all necessary tools and safety equipment. The event will begin with a demonstration, by staff, on how to plant the trees and then volunteers will be able to begin planting themselves. Please wear long pants and closed toed shoes. The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy (WPC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the region’s exceptional natural places.
WPC also maintains and operates the Frank Lloyd Wright architectural masterpiece, Fallingwater in Mill Run, Pennsylvania.
WPC relies on its members and volunteers to help conserve, protect, and beautify our natural places for generations to come.
