At our food distribution, we provide food to families that are struggling receive foods like fresh vegetables, produce and dry goods! At the event, our volunteers will help distribute food directly to our clients and families.
This event is a Mobile Pantry, meaning Second Harvest OC provides huge pallets of food for our organization to distribute to the community. This special distribution happens every few months and requires a larger group of 10-15 volunteers. If your group is that size, consider us as a volunteer option by replying to this listing.

Description
WHO WE ARE:
Friendly Center has been helping less-fortunate children and their families move toward self-sufficiency for 95 years. This is done through over 20 programs and services. We provide life-changing assistance to more than 1,000 families each year.
WHAT WE DO:
We help the entire family with programs in education, food support, and mental health services. Our goal is to meet the needs a family may face, get them back on their feet, and prevent the cycle from continuing to the next generation.
