The Corporate Relations Manager (CRM) is responsible for outreach and maintaining relationships with existing partnerships. S/he will spearhead co-creating innovative approaches to engagement.
The CRM helps with obtaining and increasing revenue with existing partners and building awareness of Her Nexx Chapter’s objective by targeting multiple potential sources of funding within these corporations (marketing, medical education, research and development, foundations, employee giving, community support, etc.). Responsibilities include: accurate tracking and projecting annual revenue for assigned accounts; manage and monitor total campaign progress; identify potential problems and make adjustments as necessary to attain goals. The CRM will analyze and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of past campaigns for assigned accounts and develop new strategies targeted at broadening and deepening the base of giving.
S/he will also interact with all functional areas of the organization and be accountable for developing strategies, operational plans, metrics, and innovative initiatives to move the work of HNC forward in a substantial way.
Must be well-organized, detail oriented and able to work well with people across various socioeconomic backgrounds. Must be able to take initiative, create and execute strategies, demonstrate leadership, work independently and produce consistently high-quality work. Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely for a broad audience. Ability to analyze and exercise sound judgment.

Description
In addition to our vision illuminating a diverse group of women spanning multi-generations with increased capacity to embrace individual strengths for well-being, we have created a community within our internal structure for our volunteers. We are proud that our platform provides opportunities to help mentor and enhance our volunteers' skills with professional leadership.
