The Homework Helpers and Reading Buddies Program at the Vista Grande Library is looking for motivated teens In grades 9-12 to help kids in grades K-5 with their homework or simply read with them. By volunteering a few hours a month you can make a difference in a child's life by helping them understand concepts, improve their reading skills and comprehension and ultimately their grades. The program is held on Tuesdays and Thursday from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
