Child Proof Advice seeks volunteer Accountant and QuickBooks expert to maintain monthly checking and Visa transactions and produce financial reports for semi-annual Board meetings. Non-profit experience preferred with tax experience filing quarterly corporate reports and managing QuickBooks payroll.
Transactions average about 20/month and are recorded from invoices and receipts onto Excel spreadsheets and in QuickBooks.
Monthly visits of one to two hours at corporate office in southeast Charlotte required. Ongoing, long term commitment preferred. References and background check required.
We are a small non-profit with most volunteers working virtually. We do have fun and get together quarterly to know one another. This position is not anticipated to become permanent for the next year.
