We need help in our childcare! Education Matters is an adult education preparation center. We help students with learning English, receiving their GED, and/or college (readiness, enrollment, & in-class tutoring). While students are in classes/receiving tutoring, we offer free childcare to their children between the ages of 6 months to 5 years old. Students have to remain on site while their child(ren) are in childcare. Parents provide lunch, change diapers, and if necessary discipline their children.
Volunteers are expected to support our childcare provider by helping to keep an eye on the children.
Requirements:
Experience not required but preferred

Education Matters is a non-profit in Lower Price Hill and East Price Hill that re-engages adults in education. We offer three key programs: Education Forward (GED), College Bridge, and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). We provide both classroom and one-on-one instruction to meet students where they are at and assist them in achieving their educational goals. Our vision is a city where all people have the opportunity to access the power of education.
