Active Minds Facilitator

Help our New Connections Club by becoming our Active Minds facilitator! We need volunteers to help with our Active Minds Program by encouraging our patients to complete the activities and engage their mind. We also need volunteers to help by preparing the activities, this includes copying the activities and completing answer guides to be used.

Opportunities Available:

Days: Monday

Times: 10:00-10:45 A.M.

Volunteers should be able to commit to one outing per week. Accommodations will be made for necessary absences (i.e. illness, vacation, appointments) and scheduling changes.
Interested volunteers should have:

* Enthusiasm
* Sense of humor
* Patience
* Consistent schedule
* Physically able
* Minimum age: 14

All Volunteers will be interviewed to ensure a proper fit with the agency and intended position. Volunteers will also receive an orientation prior to and on their first day of volunteering.
