Our information desk volunteers are the first contact with patients, families and visitors to Shore Medical Center. Volunteers on the information desk answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate patient room or department within the hospital. Our friendly, customer service oriented volunteers assist patients, families and visitors to their destinations throughout the hospital as well as answering questions regarding services we offer.
