Be a part of KPBS’ GI Film Festival San Diego team by being a volunteer! GI Film Festival SD will be held from September 25-30 at the Museum of Photographic Arts in Balboa Park and UltraStar Cinemas at Hazard Center. This important event presents films for, by and about the military and veterans. GI Film Festival SD features more than 30 films, panel discussions, filmmaker appearances, family-friendly events, and the Awards Celebration.
Volunteer positions include checking people in, scanning tickets, setup/tear down, and selling event t-shirts. As a volunteer, you will receive two complimentary tickets to any general screening event during the festival and a GI Film Festival San Diego t-shirt.
