Volunteers are an essential part of our hospice family and truly make a difference for our patients and staff. Volunteers are needed to provide bedside visitation to Holy Family Hospice patients at area facilities or to volunteer at Holy Family Home in various departments. Our next orientation sessions will be held on Tuesday, October 16 and 23 from 1-4pm at Holy Family Home, 6707 State Road. Parma. Attendance at both sessions is required.

Description
St. Augustine Health Ministries is a mission-driven, faith-based, not-for-profit organization affiliated with Catholic Charities and is dedicated to providing a continuum of health care and social services within our community. Within the Health Ministries, St. Augustine Health Campus cares for the chronically ill and aging through short-term rehab, assisted living, and long-term care. The St. Augustine Child Enrichment Center provides early education and child care for 80+ children, beginning at 6 weeks through preschool. Holy Family provides home health care, residential and community-based hospice services. Emerald Village Senior Living provides independent and assisted-living apartments located in the west suburbs for active seniors 55+.
