Hi amazing volunteers! We are still in need of people to help prep/set-up for our upcoming 2018 St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer to be held Saturday, September 22 at Mint St., near the BB&T Ballpark and Romare Bearden Park. Please see the details below for our volunteer needs. If you can help either or both days, please respond by emailing deirdre.barbee@stjude.org.
- Meet at St. Jude Office at 2 pm OR at 401 S. Mint St at 5 pm [dinner will be served]. Should be done by 9 pm - 10 volunteers needed
- Saturday Clean Up - Help us from 10:45 am-1 pm. Clean up at 401 S. Mint St and help us transport items back to St. Jude Office in South Park - 10 volunteers needed

Description
In keeping with the promise of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital founder Danny Thomas to freely share research findings with the entire world, St. Jude has an extensive media relations program to share science, research and medical discoveries, along with patient care treatment advances, with doctors, patients, parents and the general public.
The hospital’s fundraising organization, ALSAC, also works with media and the public to share information about the hospital’s treatment and research programs, and how the public can help advance this work.
