The United Way of Pinal County (UWPC) is looking for a couple of volunteers who are passionate about serving the community in resource development programming. For 38 years, the UWPC has fought for the health, education and financial stability of every person in the community.

Hello, my name is Myra, and I am the resource development director for the UWPC. I am looking for volunteers who enjoy data entry (hurray for data!). We are looking for reliable and detailed volunteers to enter data into Constant Contact and Volgistics database. The volunteer positions are flexible, and the start/end dates are based on assignment. The ideal volunteer will be able to work at our Casa Grande Office during business hours.

Job Responsibilities
* Entering data from our daily, weekly, monthly reports from the computer system.

• Keep track of received data and documents.
• Input collected data into an electronic spreadsheet or database.
• Ensure that all data is entered accurately.
• Review all information entered and make corrections where necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of all data entered.

Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years old.

• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Must have a keen eye and attention to detail.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and data processing.
• Background/fingerprint checks will be completed.
