Be the "Welcome to Justa Center" for members and guests as a Front Desk Specialist. Your smile and warm greeting is just what our members need when they arrive at Justa Center. You are the start of something good for a homeless senior!
The Front Desk specialists manage entry to the Center for eligible members and ensures that visitors are helped in a timely manner. Justa Center is open every day from 7 am until 3 pm (1 pm on Sundays). What you will do:
- Record members daily visits on visit sheets and learn to greet them by name
- Answer questions, hand out bottles of water, and greet Center visitors
- Aid prospective members to complete their intake paperwork
- Occasionally answer and route incoming calls
- Other related tasks

Description
Founded in 2006, Justa Center is where the senior homeless can find support, relief, friends, and a start to get their life back on track. In addition to transition resources, the Justa Center Extended Care program helps with move-in, start-up and continued care for our members. Justa Center has over 3,500 visits per month through the day center and home visits.
