Event: Family Registration

Date: Friday, September 21st

Time: 3pm-8pm

Join us to welcome and inform families about Dare2B programs, events and activities and proceed with registration.

Dare2B, Inc. serves as a philanthropic agent for good focused on educating and empowering homeless children to break the cycle of poverty.

Roles are as follows:

Welcome volunteer (1 volunteer):

• Meet and greet the families
• Provide families an information sheet for them to read while waiting
• Direct families to waiting area and snack table

---------------------------------------------------------

Snack volunteer (1 or 2 volunteers):

• In charge of managing the snacks and beverages table

---------------------------------------------------------

Photographer (2 volunteers):

• Take pictures of families throughout the process in compliance with Dare2B privacy rules.
• Bring your own professional camera
• Provide all images to Dare2B

---------------------------------------------------------

Programming volunteer (2 or 3 volunteers):

• Give information to the families about general programs
• Provide commitment sheet to families to chose specific programs and activities
• Make sure the commitment sheet is completed and signed before directing the families to registration.

Registration volunteer (3 volunteers):

• Register family general information
• Enter information from commitment sheet (use of laptops)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

? NO walk ins permitted. All volunteers must be registered in advance

? Minimum age 21

? Wear black solid shirt (NO logos), blue jeans, comfortable shoes

? All volunteers are required to retrieve, arrange and store all assigned equipment

? Photo release forms will be provided upon arrival
