Do you have 2 hours once a week that you can dedicate to caring for our amazing FUPI Cats? If you do, the FUPI Cat Adoption Center Volunteer position, might be a perfect fit for you!
FUPI has teamed up with Petsmart and Petsmart Charities and we want to team up with people just like you to care for our cats while they stay in the condos located inside the Charleston & Nellis (CN) Petsmart Adoption Center. We are looking for reliable, caring, cat lovers to spend about 2 hours once a week, feeding, playing, grooming the cats and cleaning the cat condos.
Who wouldn't love to spend some time with some pretty incredible and deserving cats?
FUPI’s Petsmart Cat Adoption Centers:
Charleston & Nellis (CN) - 171 N. Nellis Blvd
Ft Apache & Tropicana (FA) - 5160 S. Ft Apache
*NOTE: Petsmart does require volunteers to be at least 18 years old, if you are 16-17 years old, you must have a legal guardian with you while volunteering.

Mission Statement
Foreclosed Upon Pets, Inc. (FUPI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue of domesticated animals that have been abused and/or abandoned by their owners as a result of economic hardship, including home foreclosure, loss of employment, insufficient income, or death and illness. FUPI will work to further the cause of animal control through the education of the general public about the humane benefits of spay and neuter programs. FUPI will take on a leadership role in developing strategies and creating coalitions with other animal rescue organizations in order to better serve the residential and commercial sectors of the community in the fight against animal cruelty
Description
Foreclosed Upon Pets, Inc. (FUPI) is a dog and cat rescue located in Las Vegas. We were founded in 2008 during the height of the housing crisis, when people were walking away from their homes and their animals. We still get animals from that arena, but also take in owner surrenders, and strays from the street. All animals are checked by our vets, giving all necessary shots, spayed or neutered if needed, and microchipped.
